This is a 1898 Krag-Jorgensen rifle that I picked up a few years back. It was sporterized in the 1950's with this really nice stock, Today, I became "The Answer to Life, the Universe, and everything in between." This is also the post-Wanenmacher hangover Rim thickness specs and tolerances are the same for .30/40 brass as for .303. The Krag rim is a little wider, but that has no effect on headspace or longevity.
